Meet Barbara

Barbara has dedicated her career to public service, fiscal responsibility, and community leadership. She currently serves as Old Saybrook Town Treasurer, where she has focused on transparency, responsible investment of town funds, and long-term financial planning to help protect taxpayers.

​

Barbara previously served 13 years as Wallingford Town Clerk, was President of the New Haven County Town Clerk’s Association, and was appointed by Governor Jodi Rell as Chairman of the Connecticut Real Estate Commission. She has also served on the Old Saybrook Economic Development Commission and the Knollwood Beach Association Executive Board.

Barbara is running for State Representative in the 23rd District to bring common sense, accountability, and a strong local voice to Hartford. As a mother and grandmother, she is focused on making Connecticut more affordable, reducing electricity costs, protecting taxpayers, supporting law enforcement, strengthening small businesses, and preserving local control.

Barbara lives in Old Saybrook with her husband, Jerry. They have four daughters and six grandchildren.
